We understand that you’re busy. That’s why we want to make finding and moving into your apartment as simple as possible. If you have any other questions or would like more information about any of these commonly asked questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us! We want to make sure you are comfortable in your apartment search.

What are the fees to apply?

•Our application fee to apply is $35 for all residents that are residing in the home as lease holders. Once you are approved a $99 administration fee is due (within 24 hours)  to reserve your new townhome and make sure that no one else can rent it.

Is there a security deposit?

•Yes! Security deposits depend on your credit/rental history and can range from $250 to 1 month’s rent.

Is 900 West Pet Friendly?

•Yes. Animals of all weight are welcome but we do have some breed restrictions. The community can not accept Dobermans, Rottweilers, Pitbull’s or any dogs mixed with these breeds. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 is due upon move in and pet rent of $15 for cats and $25 for dogs is due monthly. To keep our community clean 900 West participates in the Doggy DNA program.

What utilities will I pay?

•Water, Trash & Sewage are included in the cost of rent. Residents are responsible for gas and electric and will be billed for those directly.

Do you require renters insurance?

•Yes. In order to provide the best possible living experience for our residents we require all of our residents have Renter’s Insurance. Thankfully, we have partnered with ePremium to make it easier than ever for Student Renter’s to enroll in a Renter’s Insurance policy.

Do you offer short term leases?

•We do! We offer 2-18 month options. Pricing does vary so make sure you let us know what lease term you are interested in.

How does parking work?

•Each townhome has it’s own numbered spot. This spot is reserved for one car that belongs to you. Any additional cars or visitors will be required to park in un-numbered spots which are first come, first serve. We also have garages for rent for $65/month based on availability.

Are your apartments furnished?

•We offer unfurnished townhomes! Should you need to rent furniture, let us know and we can have a Cort representative reach out to you for pricing.
