I came home one night to find my AC not working for some reason. I put in a request at about 8pm on a Sunday, and by the ... time I left for school the next morning it was very hot in my apartment. Previous apartments I have lived in had taken long times to fix maintenance problems, so I was not sure how long it might take to get fixed. Come to find out when I got home, maintenance had already come in and fixed the AC while I was gone! In less than 24 hours the AC was fixed and my apartment was back to a cool 68 degrees.
